Having seen so many candidates in the past 38 years who were not what they appeared, I am almost afraid to hope Obama is for real. But I voted for him in the CA primary. It really speaks to the reasons I finally decided to suport Obama. He understands the issues at a core level and is willing to do what it takes to approach change from more than just what sounds good in a sound-byte.
